Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Engineer based in Tiruppattur. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting appliance issues at customer locations. The daily tasks include engaging directly with customers to resolve service requests, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction, and conducting on-site field service while adhering to company standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and strong Customer Support skills
• Proficiency in Field Service operations and addressing customer concerns on-site
• Experience in Technical Support and resolving complex issues related to appliances
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical certifications or training in appliance repair or related fields are a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area
