Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Office and MS-Excel.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve overall service quality.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and exceed their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Take initiative to suggest improvements to customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
