Job Description

As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Misfit Souls, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and help create meaningful relationships. Your proficiency in CRM, sales, MS-Excel, Hindi, and English will be essential in providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels.
  • Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting in lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Analyze data in MS-Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking customers to provide personalized service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
