What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing relationships with premium customers through calls and messages
Resolving high-priority queries with speed, clarity, and empathy
Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams
Handling escalations professionally and ensuring complete resolution
Maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
Identifying recurring concerns and suggesting service improvements
Supporting in day-to-day customer operations
Who We're Looking For
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Background in hospitality, B2B sales, customer service, or relationship management
Naturally empathetic and calm under pressure
Confident in speaking with premium customers
Strong ownership mindset you don't pass problems, you solve them
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is a plus
