Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team in Indore.

Role Overview

  • Experience: 1+ years in Customer Service/Support
  • Education: Open to both Graduates and Undergraduates
  • Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts, depending on business needs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or alternatives within the time limits.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet collective goals and improve overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (BPO, Retail, Hospitality, or similar).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Soft Skills: High level of patience, active listening skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
