Job Description

Description

  • Communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Ops and Sales department across all teams
  • Ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
  • Weigh and plan the best possible route for technicians to maximize productivity
  • Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits
  • To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly
  • Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers
  • To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department
  • To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.
  • To facilitate technicians work by housekeeping system's data such as location sequence and special instructions.
  • Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary.
  • Other administrative jobs.

Requirements

  • Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
  • Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to coordinate and plan routes is a must
