Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, service requests, and deliveries.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other customer-related documents.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
  • Assist with administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
