Job Description

1. Handle customers enquiries, process orders and ensure accuracy in order entry
2. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
3. Monitor order status and update customers of any changes in delivery schedules
4. Attend to customers feedback and to resolve any issues arising promptly
5. Ensure customers are invoiced as per contractual schedules
6. Submit monthly reports of orders, invoices, etc. for each individual customer
