Job Description

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in acquiring and developing Company's products.
  • Manage in generating and processing of sales order schedules.
  • Regularly engage/communicate with customers for sales.
  • Offering consistent and efficient post-sales support to customers.
  • Manage daily operations and orders in hand by liaising/cooperate with other departments.
  • Responsible for the creation of necessary service manuals and procedures documentation by coordinating with the service department and customers to ensure timely availability.
  • Acquiring technical information, drawings and data as needed.
  • Coordinating with marketing team on customers needs.
  • Active participation in meetings (e.g production and sales order review).
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Business or other relevant equivalent field of study.
  • Min 3 years relevant experience
