Responsibilities
- Greeting Customers: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the Outlet.
- Order Taking: Accurately and efficiently take customer orders, either in person or over the phone.
- Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including specials, ingredients, and allergens, to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Upselling: Suggest additional items or combo meals to customers to increase sales.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and process electronic payments accurately.
- Food Preparation Assistance: Help the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling orders and packaging food.
- Order Accuracy: Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure the dining area, counter, and serving stations are kept clean and organised at all times.
- Hygiene Adherence: Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
- Customer Feedback: Encourage customers to provide feedback and reviews on their experience.
