Role Summary
As a
CSA in Fashion & Lifestyle, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with product selection, and supporting store operations. Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands style and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, styling suggestions, and purchases
- Provide detailed information on product features, sizing, pricing, and promotions
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including returns and exchanges
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise organization, and visual appeal
- Support inventory management, restocking, and product tagging
- Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals to guide customers effectively
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10+2; Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred
- Experience: 12 years in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a flair for fashion
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week
- Weekly off: One day between Monday to Friday
- Working days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
