Job Description

Role Summary

As a CSA in Fashion & Lifestyle, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with product selection, and supporting store operations. Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands style and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, styling suggestions, and purchases
  • Provide detailed information on product features, sizing, pricing, and promotions
  • Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including returns and exchanges
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise organization, and visual appeal
  • Support inventory management, restocking, and product tagging
  • Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals to guide customers effectively
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum 10+2; Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred
  • Experience: 12 years in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a flair for fashion
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail operations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive mindset

Work Schedule

  • 6 days a week
  • Weekly off: One day between Monday to Friday
  • Working days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
