Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for effectively handling customer inquiries, providing support to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes managing communication through phone and email, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing accurate product and service information. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and client relationships.

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and ensure excellent Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal communication
  • Exceptional problem-solving, active listening, and multitasking abilities
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach to service
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
