We are looking to hire a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer and client interactions, with a strong focus on after-sales support and relationship management.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Gurgaon, ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and maintaining high service standards in a startup environment.
You will act as a key point of contact between the brand and its customers, ensuring the timely resolution of concerns and a consistently positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints across multiple channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, marketplaces, etc.)
- Manage after-sales support, including order issues, delivery concerns, replacements, refunds, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and sales to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and repeat customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Track and document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback
- Ensure communication aligns with Art of Puja's premium brand tone and service standards
- Identify recurring issues and share insights with internal teams for process improvement
