About The Role
We are looking for experienced individuals with a strong command of spoken English and a neutral to American accent. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a BPO environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and interacting directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.Manage high call volumes while maintaining excellent call etiquette and ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and brand standards.
Engage directly with clients and build strong professional relationships.Effectively interact with clients,understand their requirements, and ensure a seamless communication experience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.
Understand customer/client concerns and provide accurate solutions. Actively listen, identify root causes, and offer timely and effective resolutions.
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Accurately record call details, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
Consistently achieve KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (American accent)
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in international voice processes
- At least 1 experience in BPO/voice process (mandatory)
- Experience working with Marketing or related company
