Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our US Soft Collections Process team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing soft collections for our US-based clients, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle US Soft Collections calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication.
  • Resolve payment-related issues, ensuring the smooth collection of outstanding debts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve process goals and targets.
  • Work with clients to negotiate payment arrangements and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates/Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
  • Must be able to work from the office.

Salary Package:

  • 40,000 - 50,000 CTC per month (based on your experience)
