About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Customer Support Associates to join our team in Pune, supporting our US-based clients during evening and night shifts. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance via chat support. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues related to smart devices, managing order-related queries such as returns, refunds, and warranties, and delivering an empathetic customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in international customer service or chat support. A typing speed of at least 30-35 words per minute is required to ensure efficient communication. Candidates must have strong command over English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adhere to process discipline are essential. A proactive attitude and the willingness to work in a night shift schedule are also important qualifications for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle US customer chats with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to smart devices, ensuring minimal customer inconvenience.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to orders, including processing returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and process changes to provide accurate support.
