Position: Customer Success Associate Blended Process (Chat + Voice)
Job Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016
Mode: Work From Office
CTC: 25,000 to 31,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days a week (Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via voice and chat channels
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed
Eligibility Criteria
- At least 6 months of experience in an International BPO with Technical Support (Troubleshooting)
- Excellent English communication skills with strong verbal fluency
- Graduates
- Must reside within 20 KM of the office
- Interview Process: HR Round Ops Round Versant
