Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Associate based in Kolkata. The role includes assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication. The responsibilities also involve maintaining professionalism in customer communications, managing customer touchpoints, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will provide support through phone, email, and other relevant channels while maintaining top-notch service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining a positive Customer Experience
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and understanding customer needs
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous
