Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Assistant with 0-3 years of experience. The role involves supporting and resolving customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining seamless communication with clients. The Customer Service Assistant will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently and provide feedback to improve service operations.
