Role: Customer Service and Operations

Level: Sr. Executive/ Associate Manager (based on Experience)

Location: Delhi/ Noida

We are looking for a graduate with at least 4 years of work experience, who is self-driven, proactive, an effective team player, capable of multitasking, and possesses good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. He/ she would be primarily responsible for customer service and handling our container leasing and trading operations. This role involves coordination with various parties to support day-to-day operations.

Criteria:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role (operations and customer service).
• Background in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Container Leasing, or Container Trading.
• Experienced in using IT Business Systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
