This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent, located in Goregaon. The Customer Service Agent will handle client inquiries, provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs via multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. The role also involves problem-solving and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management and resolving customer queries effectively
