As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient airport experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
- Process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes
- Assist with baggage check-in and handling
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
