Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers at the airport. You will assist with check-in, boarding, and other customer inquiries to ensure a seamless travel experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with check-in and boarding processes
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service and satisfaction Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
  • Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
