Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dharampur for a Customer Service Agent. The role involves daily interactions with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless and satisfactory service experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing inquiries and complaints with empathy, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism while representing the brand.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role or understanding of the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems is desirable
- Fluency in local languages is an advantage
