Roles & Responsibility:
1. Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers.

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 - 2+ years of Customer support, Sales & business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Support & sales representative in a target-driven environment.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
Self-motivated and result oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in using CRM tools.
Resilience to handle objection and maintain a positive attitude.
Good time management and organizational skills.
