Job Profile: Tele calling/ Chat support & Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers.

2. Promote products/services and explain their benefits.

3. Effective lead management.

4. Address customer objections and provide solutions.

5. Build and maintain customer relationships.

6. Update customer information in CRM systems.

7. Follow-up with interested leads to close sales.

8. Collaborate with team members for success.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1 - 2+ years of Customer support, Sales & business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Customer Support & sales representative in a target-driven environment.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

Self-motivated and result oriented.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in using CRM tools.

Resilience to handle objection and maintain a positive attitude.

Good time management and organizational skills.
