Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Finology's financial services and products.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
• Provide customer support over calls, emails, or chat as per the requirement.
• Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and explain the benefits of our services.
• Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Finology's products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
