Job Description

Experience: 2+ year
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously, adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding while gathering the necessary information to address their needs effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products & services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Identify and analyze customer issues, taking ownership of resolving problems through effective troubleshooting and collaboration with the concerned person.
  • Manage customer accounts, update relevant information, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow processes and procedures to escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Utilize active communication skills to educate customers on self-service options, online resources, and tools available to enhance their experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Skill
s:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process
  • .Exceptional verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • .Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide appropriate solutions
  • .Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and procedures in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks
  • .Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
  • .Flexibility to work night shifts, including, weekends, and holidays as required
