  • Understanding clients Sales Management Strategy and transforming them to multidimensional technologies
  • Articulate design and documentation of requirements to cover business processes
  • Develop and implement robust sales planning and forecasting models tailored to the client's unique sales structure, business processes, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, and design of Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/Planning Cloud) solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Integrate and import sales, finance, and operational data into the Oracle EPM application, maintaining high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and lineage.
  • Develop and manage ETL (extract, transform, load) processes for seamless data migration from source systems, including CRM and ERP.
  • Perform data preparation, cleansing, transformation, aggregation, and analysis to support planning and reporting needs.
  • Configure and maintain sales targets, quotas, compensation plans, payment options, group targets, and related business logic within the EPM platform.
  • Design and build multi-dimensional data cubes (Essbase), including configuration of dimensions, members, hierarchies, and metadata as per business requirements.
  • Establish and manage complex business rules and formulas using Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, or similar tools.
  • Set up and enforce robust security models, role hierarchies, and data access controls.
  • Design and configure interactive Oracle EPM Webforms for input, review, and approval workflows, optimizing for usability and business process alignment.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and management reports within the EPM platform, enabling self-service analytics for end users.
  • Build, validate, and deliver reports and dashboards as per business and stakeholder requirements, including periodic and ad hoc analyses.
  • Utilize Oracle SmartView and Microsoft Excel for advanced report extraction, custom analysis, bulk data uploads, and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Analytics) across multiple locations to gather business requirements, provide solution recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders to review use cases, design proofs-of-concept, and iterate on solution designs.
  • Lead or participate in client-facing meetings, routine conference calls, and workshops; document action items and follow up diligently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, translating technical concepts into business context for diverse audiences.
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply systematic problem-solving methods for break-fixes and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for live Oracle EPM applications.
  • Assist in all phases of solution testingincluding unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Develop high-quality technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, test scripts, and process flow diagrams.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within planning, consolidation, and reporting cycles.
  • Keep abreast of new Oracle EPM product features and industry trends; proactively share knowledge with the team.

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
  • Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
  • Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
  • Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
  • DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming

Qualifications And Experience

Required:

  • 3-6 years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
  • - Should have project experience in implementing following modules:
    • o Oracle EPM Sales Planning
      • Sales Quota and Forecasting
      • Configuring Quota Planning in Oracle Sales Planning
      • Setting and Analyzing Quotas in Sales Planning with Smart View
      • Setting and Analyzing Data-Driven Quotas in Sales Planning
      • Setting Up Sales Planning Security
      • Setting Up Territory Modelling and Assignment Rules
      • Groovy scripting for the development and maintenance of business rules.
      • Designing Navigation Flows in Sales Planning
      • Designing Forms in Sales Planning
      • Designing Approval Workflows in Sales Planning
      • Designing Account Segmentation and Portfolio Management
      • Loading Data into Sales Planning using Data Integration
      • Predicting, Forecasting, and Analyzing with Sales Planning
      • Key Account planning and Sales Forecasting
  • Experience in writing Business Rules in Oracle Cloud EPM Product using calculation script and groovy scripting is a must
  • Experience in building analytics BI reports, analysis, infolets and dashboards within an Oracle EPM Product using Management Reporting and Dashboards 2.0
  • Experience in data migration from legacy/other systems via data load or batch jobs is a must.
  • Experience participating in AGILE, Waterfall scrum sessions
  • Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database theory
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Professional Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS
Added Advantage:

  • Knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation tools and databases
  • Knowledge of Middleware systems, REST API, XML, SOAP UI & webservices.
  • Knowledge of Fusion Incentive Compensation

Travel:

  • Most of the travel requirements are to the US, however, in multi country implementations and roll out projects, there could be need to travel to other parts of the world.
