We're Hiring: Customer & Revenue Operations Manager Mid Market
If you love building clean systems, automating messy processes, and making revenue teams run like a well-oiled machine this one's for you.
We're looking for a Customer & Revenue Operations Manager who will own and scale our RevOps engine across sales, marketing, and finance. This is a hands-on role with real impact, not just reporting from the sidelines.
What you'll do
Own and optimize our RevOps tech stack HubSpot, Monday.com, CRM tools, marketing automation, and data connectors
Build automations, workflows, triggers, and alerts to streamline GTM operations
Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports tied directly to revenue performance
Ensure data hygiene, consistency, and governance across systems
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and finance on pipeline, attribution, and forecasting
Troubleshoot broken workflows, sync issues, and data gaps proactively
Act as the in-house expert driving adoption, training, and best practices
What we're looking for
3+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops / CRM Ops / SaaS Operations
Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, custom objects, automation)
Strong experience with Monday.com (advanced workflows preferred)
Experience with integrations & middleware (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.)
Comfort with data, logic, and technical problem-solving (SQL is a plus)
Strong process mindset, documentation habits, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus points if you've worked on
Conversion tracking (pixel-based, API-based, call tracking)
Troubleshooting tracking for Google Ads / Meta Ads
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, server-side tagging, attribution models
This is a high-ownership role with room to grow, shape systems from the ground up, and influence how revenue actually scales.
