As we scale across retail and e-commerce platforms, we are looking for aCustomer Relationship Managerto strengthen customer engagement and retention.

Role Overview:

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling customer communication, resolving queries, maintaining relationships with retail partners and online customers, and ensuring a seamless brand experience.

This role is critical in building trust, improving repeat purchases, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and marketplace platforms
  • Resolve complaints and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail and distribution partners
  • Coordinate internally with logistics and operations for order-related concerns
  • Track customer feedback and share insights with the marketing & product teams
  • Assist in managing product reviews and online ratings
  • Build repeat customer engagement strategies
  • Maintain CRM data and customer records

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
  • Professional and polite customer handling ability
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
  • Ability to handle multiple platforms (Amazon, 1mg, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Nutraceutical industry
  • Experience in marketplace seller support handling
  • Understanding of supplements & wellness products
