Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Specialist based in Panchkula. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-notch customer support, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. The specialist will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role will include collaborating with team members and providing insights for improving customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and identify solutions
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate and responsive service delivery
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and technology is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and deliver results under deadlines
  • Prior experience in real estate or luxury services is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
