Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Thane. The Customer Relationship Officer will handle customer inquiries, manage and resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining customer accounts, updating account information, and upselling products and services to existing customers. Responsibilities also include conducting follow-ups, providing product information, and preparing necessary reports to track performance and customer feedback.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in customer service and account management
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with the water purification, vacuum cleaning, or air purifying products is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
