Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Thane. The Customer Relationship Officer will handle customer inquiries, manage and resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining customer accounts, updating account information, and upselling products and services to existing customers. Responsibilities also include conducting follow-ups, providing product information, and preparing necessary reports to track performance and customer feedback.
