Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager(CRM)

Experience- 2 to 3 years

Salary- 18k to 20k

location: Samaypur badli.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily cold calling and follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

- Assign qualified leads to the field sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate between clients, sales, and installation teams for smooth order flow.

- Manage the entire customer journey from sales initiation to closure.

- Maintain records, update CRM, and track payment status.

- Provide support for client feedback, issues, and post-sales assistance.

- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional communication style with clients.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.

- Strong follow-up discipline and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp communication).- Empathetic and customer-first approach
