Job Summary:We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 12 years of experience in luxury brands or premium real estate. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support client requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding services, bookings, or transactions.
- Assist in client onboarding, documentation, and communication.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, events, and loyalty programs.
- Prepare customer reports and feedback analysis for management.
Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in luxury brands or premium real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
