We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Manager(male) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing them with excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
