Job Description: Post Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing post-sales documentation and client engagement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and editing real estate agreements.
• Managing, understanding and controlling title-related legal documents.
• Preparing demand letters, Bank NOCs, payment receipts, and property tax documents.
• Coordinating with Banks and DSAs to ensure a smooth customer loan journey.
• Tracking payments, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Coordinating with clients for post-sales engagement and support.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Strong documentation control and drafting skills.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle clients with professionalism and respect.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up abilities.
• Highly accountable and action-driven.
