This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer data, implementing CRM strategies, coordinating with sales and project teams, and providing solutions to enhance customer experience. The role also involves creating and maintaining systems to efficiently manage ongoing projects and customer communications.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and proven ability to manage and sustain client relationships.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and performance metrics for improvement of CRM strategies.
• Sales experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities to drive growth.
• Experience in Project Management for overseeing client projects and ensuring timely completion.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury interiors or furniture industry is a plus.
