Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Understand company workflows, policies, and SOPs through training materials.
- Support daily operational activities under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Execute assigned tasks accurately within set timelines.
- Maintain and update client and vendor records in CRM systems like Zoho.
- Assist in reviewing tickets, updating documentation, and managing internal logs.
- Organize and manage files on cloud platforms such as OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Support data compilation and basic analysis for internal reporting.
- Learn internal tools including Zoho CRM, Zoho Expense, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Communicate professionally via email and Microsoft Teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred).
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.
