Job position: Support staff

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: Night

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand company workflows, policies, and SOPs through training materials.
  • Support daily operational activities under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Execute assigned tasks accurately within set timelines.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor records in CRM systems like Zoho.
  • Assist in reviewing tickets, updating documentation, and managing internal logs.
  • Organize and manage files on cloud platforms such as OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support data compilation and basic analysis for internal reporting.
  • Learn internal tools including Zoho CRM, Zoho Expense, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Communicate professionally via email and Microsoft Teams.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred).
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.

Note: This role is focused on operations and support, not sales or client acquisition.
