Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will handle day-to-day activities including managing and analyzing customer data, developing and implementing CRM initiatives to enhance customer relationships, and overseeing customer engagement strategies. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer-centric processes, tracking key customer metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through streamlined communications and project execution.
