Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Construction Industry

Job Summary
Responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating all commercial documentation, including bank guarantees (BG), e-invoices, e-way bills, and collections, ensuring timely payments and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, coordination and relationship management for ongoing and new construction projects.
- Coordinate end-to-end process for Bank Guarantees (BG) application, documentation, follow-up, renewals and closure with banks and clients.
- Prepare, verify and manage e-invoices and e-way bills as per GST requirements.
- Track outstanding payments, follow up for collections, and escalate delays where required.
- Resolve billing and documentation issues through effective problem solving and coordination with internal teams (projects, accounts, site teams).
- Maintain accurate records and MIS for BG, e-invoices, e-way bills and collections.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 25 years of experience in CRM/commercial coordination, preferably in the construction/infra industry.
- Hands-on experience in BG documentation, e-invoicing, e-way bill generation and collections.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage
