About Us:

Moshi Moshi is a growing, customer-focused organization committed to delivering seamless communication and service experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, support the sales cycle, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads from portals, social media, walk-ins & referrals.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with exceptional client handling.
  • Assist with KYC, booking forms, documentation & basic loan coordination.
  • Provide post-sales support: payment schedule updates & project status.
  • Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Share customer insights, objections & trends with marketing.
  • Update marketing teams on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate follow-ups for marketing campaigns, events & offers.
  • Support content/FAQ inputs based on customer queries.
  • Assist in events: launches, open houses, channel partner meets.
  • Collect reviews/testimonials and pass feedback to improve branding.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing & post-sales teams for smooth handovers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales cycles
  • Good organizational and follow-up discipline
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns/social media lead funnels (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred)
