Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to manage relationships with our corporate clients, ensure seamless communication, and deliver a high standard of service experience. The role involves engaging with clients, addressing their requirements, and fostering long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and respond to client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth coordination and execution of client requirements with internal teams
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients to understand needs and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs
  • Gather client feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong experience or ability in handling corporate clients professionally
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Customer Relationship / Account Management
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a corporate-facing mindset can also apply
