Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to manage relationships with our corporate clients, ensure seamless communication, and deliver a high standard of service experience. The role involves engaging with clients, addressing their requirements, and fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and respond to client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of client requirements with internal teams
- Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients to understand needs and provide updates
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs
- Gather client feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience or ability in handling corporate clients professionally
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Customer Relationship / Account Management
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a corporate-facing mindset can also apply
