Job Role
- Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the customer lifecyclefrom booking to possession and beyond.
- Ensure a premium, concierge-style experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Design and implement tailored customer journey strategies for luxury homebuyers.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and generate insights for management.
- Track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance personalization.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to align on client expectations.
- Manage post-sales processes: documentation, payments, agreements, and handovers
- Handle client queries and escalations with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- 10+ years in luxury real estate / hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and client management skills
- High attention to detail and service orientation
