Job Description

A Real Estate company is hiring for the profile of Customer Relationship Management.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10+ years

Job Role

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the customer lifecyclefrom booking to possession and beyond.
  • Ensure a premium, concierge-style experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Design and implement tailored customer journey strategies for luxury homebuyers.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and generate insights for management.
  • Track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance personalization.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to align on client expectations.
  • Manage post-sales processes: documentation, payments, agreements, and handovers
  • Handle client queries and escalations with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • 10+ years in luxury real estate / hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • High attention to detail and service orientation
