Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Medical Billing)

Department: Client Relations / Operations

Location: Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Shift: Multiple Shifts Available

Reports To: Manager / Operations Head

Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the medical billing and healthcare services domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Respond to queries and ensure timely updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal billing, AR, and technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Account Management: Track client performance, billing status, deliverables, and escalations.
  • Reporting: Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients using Excel/CRM dashboards.
  • Retention & Satisfaction: Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback calls to ensure long-term client engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.
