Job Responsibilities

Manage leads, customer data, and sales pipelines using CRM software

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

Explain company services and generate business opportunities

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers

Update call records, lead status, and customer information in the CRM

Handle customer queries and maintain regular communication

Track follow-ups and coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge and confidence in using software

Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn

Ability to manage customer records and handle sales calls

Organized, proactive, and target-oriented approach

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
