Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Relationship Management Manager, located in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analysing customer data, and devising strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. The position involves overseeing CRM systems, managing campaigns, segmenting markets to target potential customer groups, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. The manager will prioritize enhancing customer experiences and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and teams
  • Proficiency in Sales and Market Segmentation techniques
  • Project Management skills for efficient planning and execution
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management roles is an advantage
  • Real Estate experience is mandatory.

  • PAAA documents done
