Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee customer relationships and communication, create strategies for client retention, manage sales pipelines, and handle market segmentation to enhance customer engagement. The role also involves monitoring data analytics, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and collaborate with teams effectively.
  • Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation to drive customer acquisition and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Project Management for planning, executing, and managing multiple client-related initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
